What are Energy Calculations?
There are 2 types needed in most counties:
Title 24 Energy Calculations are a software model of your home, addition or ADU. They show what you plan to do to make your home energy efficient and pass code.
Manual J & D are also a software model, but of you HVAC system. They show the energy load that the system will put on the home and how it will efficiently save energy.
